One of the best Michelin starred restaurants I’ve ever had so far. I’m not putting up too many pictures only to save you the surprises when you visit the place yourself. Fabulous food combined with impeccable service, I don’t know what better I can get from an early summer visit.
After all these 3 years of lock down, finally we are being able to travel and enjoy a bit of free air.
I chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday and it not only did not disappoint us but surprised us a lot.
First I would like to thank the crew for accommodating my request via email very promptly. We were able to get a table next to the window which made our dinner sooo pleasurable.
We can tell the chef has been putting a lot of effort to source high quality local ingredients and surprised people with a combination of different texture. When you think thats all for the dish, there is always something more making it better than simply outstanding. The mix of west and east added a huge bonus in your taste buds. We love every single dish and even fell in love with the bread (how I want to buy those bread home). However, the desserts were most mind-blowing! The freshness of strawberry, the combination of blood orange with chocolate, jelly, sorbet was so good that we are still missing it a whole lot.
Thank you for the team for making our dinner so memorable. As what is said in the prologue next to the menu "To live equals leading a rich life. A rich life is a life that is full of pleasant afterglow and warm memories that linger in our hearts." 💕
Hope to visit this restaurant next time we visit Nagoya! Gan-ba-dae!
Enjoyable 3 hour meal with the wonderful cooking of Chef Kuzuhara especially the abalone, eel and beef course. Wine pairing was decent too. Excellent breads too, from Train Bleu of Gifu. Service was very attentive.
My wife and I had dinner here, and it was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. The food was so amazing, with great flavor and texture combinations. French food with Japanese ingredients worked incredibly well. Each dish …
Delicious food and elegant dining environment, need to reservation in advance, the whole set meau is quite a lot for a girl.
The only no good point is I felt like their service and price do not match, …
I've eaten pigeon in all the french restaurants in Singapore that offer this dish and pigeon from Brittany had always been deemed as the best. Even Odette (3 michelin stars) uses Brittany pigeon. Until i tried the pigeon from Ibaraki …
One of the best restaurants I've visited in Japan, every dish well executed and very enjoyable! Overall a delightful experience.
Great combination of ingredients. Chef really know how to make the most out of every dish.
Really recommend this place for those who come to Nagoya
The newly renovated restaurant with food and atmosphere were excellent after moving from previous small 2/F restaurant in Sakae, except one Sommelier with round eyeglass serving us initially, were very uncourteous, telling my guest’s not to …
Very delicious, wine pairing is also interesting. Chef uses a lot of Japan ingredients, and presents in a traditional French fine dining. In every dish, you won't feel he intentionally using local ingredients, they are well integrated. If there's some international restaurant rating in Nagoya, this must be listed in the top tier.
